CSTM Awards 2026 Application

The Canadian Society for Transfusion Medicine (CSTM) conference will be held June 4-7 2026 in Hamilton Ontario. There will be three awards valued at $1500 each available. 

• Two awards for persons working in healthcare. Preference given to front line staff working in transfusion medicine, but managers and administrative staff are eligible as well. One award for South Sector and one award for North Sector. 
• A third award is given to a person in training in healthcare such as an intern, resident, or student in laboratory technology, laboratory assisting, nursing, or other healthcare field related to transfusion medicine.
